Ornela Ramašauskaitė

Founder, CEO

Ornela is an international art market expert and CEO of artXchange Global, with 18 years of experience advising people, public and private sectors on art marketing, cultural economy and investing in art. “Leading Female Figure in Art Wealth Management” by the Wealth and Finance International Fund Awards 2023.

Ornela’s passion for the art market led her to work in an art auction house, galleries and art fairs. In addition, Ornela is a former public advisor for culture to the Prime Minister, a Lithuanian delegate in the Council of Europe and ERICarts project “Compendium of Culture Policies and Trends in Europe”, and an expert of the Lithuanian Council of Culture. Furthermore, she is an ambassador of the Fondazione Amedeo Modigliani / Amadeus Modigliani Foundation (Italy) and an Associate Professor of Practice at the university.

Currently, Ornela is a member of the Country’s Image Strategic Council of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania, a Board Member at LiMA and an international expert, mentor and lecturer on marketing, cultural economy, ArtTech and art investment topics.

Gleb Divov

CTO, NFTs and AI expert

Gleb is an inventor, guru of NFT and artificial intelligence (AI) solutions, IT specialist and interdisciplinary artist who combines technology with music, visual art and psychology.

Gleb is the Minister of Culture and Innovation of the independent Republic of Užupis, partner of the European Pepinieres of Creation network (Pépinières Européennes de Création) and Transcultures Europe (France), mentor of Nordisk kulturkontakt (Finland), international curator-in-residence at the Bill Drummond’s (KLF) The Curfew Tower (Ireland), international resident-curator at Angular VR art gallery in Paris (France) and speaker at numerous conferences, mentor, organizer of hackathons.

Gleb is a visionary capable of creating innovative technology (NFT, AI, XR, blockchain) and art solutions.

 


 

Sandra Klimovič

Communication Specialist

Sandra in artXchange Global is responsible for data analysis, content creation, and project applications development and management.

Sandra Klimovič has a Law degree, worked in a Law firm, and has five years of experience in project writing and management (raising over €1 million).

Sandra is passionate about art; writes articles on art investing, art law and manages communication.


Ugnė Nagrockaitė

Communication and Marketing Specialist

Ugnė is responsible for communication, preparation of the art market data reviews and information management of the interested parties and stakeholders.

Ugnė studied Contemporary Art Practice at the prestigious Robert Gordon University in Scotland, followed by later studies in the Czech Republic, and improved her skills in Peacoks Visual Arts | Center for Contemporary Art and Hospital Fields Art Center galleries in the UK. Ugnė is also an artist, whose creative work was awarded scholarships.

Ugnė is aware of investing particularities and works with the Interactive Brokers platform, making her one of the best communication specialists  combining knowledge of art and financial markets.

Rahul Yadav

Adviser for the Investment and Development

Rahul is an artXchange Global Advisor and Independent Investment Expert with more than 30 years of international experience with banking and investment management in New York, Singapore, Delhi and Dubai.

Rahul is the Founder & CEO of Citix Capital and Consultants, a company specialising in capital management for ultra-high-net-worth individuals. Rahul is a former Partner and Managing Director with CVCI (Citi Venture Capital International), a leading private equity arm of Citigroup with over US$ 6 billion in equity, as well as Partner and Managing Director of TRG Management (Singapore).

Rahul was a Senior Vice President at Merrill Lynch and Citibank India. He was also a Director and India Head of Structured Finance at Deutsche Morgan Grenfell (Deutsche Bank).

Rahul was a postgraduate at the University of Oxford, England, where he studied on a Rhodes Scholarship and received a master’s degree. Rahul began his career at Prudential Bache, New York, where he became interested in investing in works of art.


Eimantas Gudonis

CFO

Eimantas is the financial director of artXchange, responsible for investment management and budget control. Eimantas has ten years of experience in the financial sector. He participated in one of the largest bond issuing on the Baltic Nasdaq Stock Exchange and share distribution (ibid.).

Council for arts

The Council for Arts combines art historians and critics with startups, NFT and financial professionals. The Council makes decisions concerning the strategic direction relating to the investment in works of art and the ethics of deals. The Council invites external specialists if needed.
